MEAT FACTORY
OUR CATTLE SLAUGHTER AND DEEP PROCESSING FACTORY IS ONE OF THE LEADERS IN BELARUS IN TERMS OF TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT, EFFICIENCY, LEVEL OF VETERINARY ATTENDANCE, BIOLOGICAL AND INDUSTRIAL SAFETY.
- Highest Technological Level of Production Management.
- Italian and German State-of-the-art Equipment.
- Cattle Slaughter and Processing, Production Capacity – 240 cattle per shift.
- Cattle come from the largest farming enterprises and agricultural enterprises of the Republic of Belarus.
- Raw Material Control, Food Safety and Quality Management System.
- The plant produces meat on the bone in quarters, chilled and frozen cuts, semi-finished products, offal, canned meat.
LABORATORY
THE PRODUCTION OF HIGH-QUALITY PRODUCTS IS CARRIED OUT THROUGH MULTI-STAGE CONTROL FOR COMPLIANCE WITH VETERINARY AND SANITARY RULES AND REGULATIONS, TR CU 021/ 2011 AND TR CU 034/2013.
- Quality indicators are monitored on an ongoing basis:
- microbiological (KMAFAnM, BGCP, pathogenic, including salmonella, L. monocytogenes, sulfite-reducing clostridia, Proteus)
- physico-chemical (mass content of protein, salt, fat)
- radiological (Specific activity of cesium-137 radionuclides) - Daily quality control of incoming raw materials.
- Sanepid regime control
(flushes from inventory, equipment, workwear; industrial premises air, water) - GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 Certified as required by the National Accreditation System of the Republic of Belarus.

SALES (OF FINISHED PRODUCTS) TO THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS, THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN, THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN, THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN AND THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA
